Every item in our inventory undergoes a comprehensive inspection and testing process before it is cleared for shipment — so your equipment meets our strict safety and performance specifications the moment it leaves our facility.

Final Sale Commitment

Because of our intensive pre-delivery inspection and the industrial nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

This policy allows us to guarantee that every piece of equipment we sell is brand new, certified, and has never been compromised by prior external use.

Transit Damage & Inspection

While we guarantee the condition of our products upon departure, please verify your shipment’s integrity upon arrival.

  • Inspect immediately upon delivery.
  • Note damage on the Bill of Lading while the driver is present.
  • Notify us within 24 hours — we replace transit-damaged items at no cost and handle return logistics.

Hidden Damage & Missing Items

If you discover damage after unboxing that was not visible at delivery, notify our team within 2 business days. If there is a discrepancy in your item count, report it within 24 hours.

Once verified, we will expedite the necessary replacements via standard LTL or parcel shipping at our expense.

Logistics & Redelivery Fees

Please verify your shipping details at checkout. A minimum fee of $100 applies for these carrier-related instances:

  • Rerouting — changing the delivery address after dispatch.
  • Rescheduling — requesting the carrier to hold freight for a future date.
  • Refusals — any shipment refused at delivery or returned to sender.
