At USA Scaffolding, we maintain a rigorous Quality Assurance Standard. Every item in our inventory undergoes a comprehensive inspection and testing process before it is cleared for shipment. This ensures that your equipment meets our strict safety and performance specifications the moment it leaves our facility.
Final Sale Commitment
Because of our intensive pre-delivery inspection and the industrial nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. This policy allows us to guarantee that every piece of equipment we sell is brand new, certified, and has never been compromised by prior external use.
Transit Damage & Inspection
While we guarantee the condition of our products upon departure, we ask that you verify the shipment’s integrity upon arrival to account for any rare handling issues during transit:
- Immediate Inspection: Please check your order immediately upon delivery.
- Note the Bill of Lading: Any visible damage must be recorded on the Bill of Lading while the driver is present.
- 24-Hour Notification: If damage is found, contact us within 24 hours. We will replace any transit-damaged items at no cost to you and handle the return logistics.
Hidden Damage & Missing Items
If you discover damage after unboxing that was not visible at the time of delivery, please notify our team within 2 business days. Similarly, if there is a discrepancy in your item count, please report it within 24 hours. Once verified, we will expedite the necessary replacements via standard LTL or parcel shipping at our expense.
Logistics & Redelivery Fees
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please verify your shipping details at checkout. A minimum fee of $100 will be applied for the following carrier-related instances:
- Rerouting: Changing the delivery address after the shipment has been dispatched.
- Rescheduling: Requesting the carrier to hold freight for a future date.
- Refusals: Any shipment refused at the time of delivery or returned to sender.
