40-Foot Stationary Scaffold Tower w/Ladder Package
Our 40ft Stationary Scaffold Tower with Ladder is designed for contractors who need a stable, high-capacity working platform with safe and reliable ladder access. This complete tower system provides 35 square feet of working space and includes all the components required to build an OSHA compliant scaffold tower. Because the system uses heavy-duty steel frames and secure aluminum planks, it delivers long-term durability on commercial, industrial, and residential job sites.
The 40ft height refers to the working platform where your feet stand. Guardrails extend higher to meet safety requirements. The tower structure uses 5 ft by 5 ft single ladder frames stacked vertically, and the three aluminum planks lock into the frames to create a secure 5 ft by 7 ft platform. This setup ensures a firm standing surface, improved stability, and a safe climbing path through the integrated ladder system. Crews appreciate how quickly this tower can be assembled, especially on sites where efficiency matters.

Made of High Quality Steel
At USA Scaffolding, we focus on delivering high quality scaffold equipment at the lowest possible price. These frames are manufactured with high carbon virgin steel, which provides superior strength compared to recycled steel used by low-cost competitors. This material choice prevents bending when frames are dropped or struck on the job site. As a result, this tower performs well on demanding projects, supports heavy weight loads, and withstands long-term use across multiple jobs.
Because safety is a priority, we recommend reviewing OSHA guidelines before assembling any scaffold structure. You can find supported scaffold safety information on the OSHA Supported Scaffolding Safety Page.
